My architect was extremely impressed when he first walked into the raw office. He mentioned something along the lines "L&T is a company of engineers and it really shows in their quality of construction." From a layman's perspective I would say the finishes are clean and professional. The glass used on our windows must be of a good quality as well since I never hear the trains. I do occasionally hear the train horn when it goes by but it is barely noticeable.
Having access to an integrated public rail service for our staff was an influencing factor in our decision.
