Mr. Rishi K. Bansal

Mr. Bansal has been serving as Executive Director & Head – Land & Logistics Development, L&T Realty Properties Limited. Prior to his appointment with L&T Realty, he served as Executive Vice President & IC Head – Transportation Infrastructure IC, Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving order book growth, enhancing profitability, and delivering execution excellence across several large and complex infrastructure projects. 

Mr. Bansal joined L&T as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1993. A seasoned business leader with over 33 years of experience, he possesses deep expertise in project execution, construction planning, project management, business development, and business leadership, predominantly in the Roads, Airports and Bridges construction sector. During his distinguished career, he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of several landmark infrastructure projects, including the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, Mumbai Nagpur Samruddhi Expressway, Delhi Mumbai Expressway, Navi Mumbai International Airport & Bhogapuram International Airport. 

Mr. Bansal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bombay, has completed the Post Graduate Executive Management Programme from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, and the Advanced Management Programme from Columbia University, USA.
