 Navneet Kaul is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of L&T Realty, overseeing the company's strategic growth, business performance, and operational excellence across its diverse real estate portfolio.

With nearly 37 years of experience across residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure developments in India and overseas, he brings a deep understanding of project development, business leadership, and execution. Since joining the L&T Group as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1989, he has contributed to the successful delivery of several landmark projects and transformative initiatives across the Group's businesses.

Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President & Head, Technical Services for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project (MAHSR) C4 Package, the largest EPC contract ever awarded in the country and also played an instrumental role in the development of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Complex and associated infrastructure works at Ayodhya.

In the current role, he is spearheading L&T Realty's evolution into a future-ready, digitally enabled organization with a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.

A Civil Engineering graduate from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya and a project management professional certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), he is known for his collaborative leadership style, thoughtful approach, and commitment to creating enduring value for customers, stakeholders, and communities.
